This project involces the design, contruction and testing of 11 dipole vacuum chambers and one pumping chamger for the superconducting dipoles of the Super-FRS sevtion of the Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research GmbH (FAIR) at Darmstadt, Germany. Optional: 1 additional dipole vacuum chamber

Quality assurance and test methods, quality of communication and documentation- Description of the specified acceptance tests (visual, mechanical, vacuum, magnetic permeability). - Clear explanation of the approach and integration of quality assurance in all acceptance tests. It is evaluated how the organization and documentation of the tests will ensure the design goals. - Relevant certificates for critical production steps, such as welding, and the standards these works are to be carried out. Often these standards have different levels. - Standard compliant QA documentation; Risk assessment for hazards, declaration of incorporation. It should be shown that the Contractor is able to deliver the demanded documentation. - Logical and transparent description of the offer in itself. Production: Description of all production steps ensuring compliance with all technical precision specifications and quality features- A detailed description of all necessary production and manufacturing processes is expected, including details of the technical equipment. It should be comprehensible how the fulfillment of the specifications is achieved and how the end product is manufactured, assembled and tested in compliance with all conditions, technical precision requirements and quality features. - Include a description of the project planning with resource planning and estimated coordination efforts, as well as a statement on the availability of the required material and components (flanges and support structure) , statements on subcontractors, statements on the quality of the material and components. - It is evaluated whether the description shows a high-quality, state-of-the-art production chain, in particular which machines/tools are to be used. - Welding methods for better accuracy, safety, or avoiding deformation during welding are rated. - Surface treatment and cleaning can have different levels.
