It should be noted that the unit price for the option must be identical to that of lot 1 and that all other provisions of the contract and the annexes shall continue to apply unchanged to the option. Any option offered is not subject to evaluation. However, if it has been offered, the client has the right to extend the scope of the original order (ten (10) 1 MW s-MBH) by increasing the quantity by the offered option of one (1) additional 1 MW s-MBH by written notification to the contractor. This option shall be exercised within the award/binding period, provided that the budget is available. _________________________________________ Option for an additional 1 MW Emergency Mobile Boiler House (Lot 7) If the bidder is able to offer more than twelve (12) 1 MW e-MBH, they are requested to offer one (1) additional 1 MW e-MBH as an option, provided that the corresponding capacities are available. It should be noted that the unit price for the option must be identical to that of lot 5 and that all other provisions of the contract and the annexes shall continue to apply unchanged to the option. Any option offered is not subject to evaluation. However, if it has been offered, the client has the right to extend the scope of the original order (twelve (12) 1 MW e-MBH) by increasing the quantity by the offered option of one (1) additional 1 MW e-MBH by written notification to the contractor.
