EIT RawMaterials GmbH intends to award a contract for marketing and communications services in the framework of EIT Youth Education.

Beschreibung des Loses

EIT RawMaterials is a "Knowledge and Innovation Communities" (KICs) created by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), aimed at promoting innovation in the raw materials sector across Europe. EIT Youth Education, led by the EIT Community under the coordination of EIT RawMaterials, aims to equip young Europeans with future-ready skills through innovative education. Central to this mission is the Girls Go Circular initiative, which encourages schoolgirls to pursue careers in STEM. In 2024, EIT RawMaterials adopted a new marketing strategy for Girls Go Circular (including brand identity guidelines, KPIs, and social media style guide) following a comprehensive audit. The focus for 2025 is to implement this strategy effectively while integrating the expansion goals of EIT Youth Education. To achieve this, EIT RawMaterials seeks a forward-thinking and innovative marketing agency as a strategic partner. The selected agency will be instrumental in: 1. Implementing and refining the communication strategy for the flagship Girls Go Circular initiative. 2. Aligning EIT Youth Education"s future offerings with the overarching marketing strategy to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging. 3. Optimising the programme"s digital presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement with diverse target audiences and advancing programme objectives.

For the purpose of this procurement procedure, a reference is defined as a contractual relationship between the tenderer and a client covering services which are comparable to the services which are subject of the tendered contract. By the means of references, it has to be made proof of the following (minimum requirements): - The tenderer must demonstrate its experience with the creation and implementation of EU-wide creative marketing campaigns tailored to various audience segments with a focus on storytelling and content creation (minimum requirement: two references). - The tenderer must demonstrate its experience with projects targeting youth (minimum requirement: one reference). - The tenderer must demonstrate its experience with digital marketing campaigns (minimum requirement: two references). - The tenderer must demonstrate its experience with projects involving data-driven analysis and decision-making (minimum requirement: two references). A bidding consortium is treated legally like a single tenderer. Insofar as tenderers are mentioned in this contract notice or in the procurement documents, this refers to both individual tenderers and bidding consortia. In the request to participate, members of the consortium must name an authorised representative. The authorised representative is available as contact person for the consortium in this procurement procedure. The eligibility review shall be carried out taking into account all documents submitted by the bidding consortium. The suitability to pursue the professional activity and the absence of grounds for exclusion under section 123 ARC and section 124 ARC must be proven individually for each member of a bidding consortium.
