In case more than four candidates from non-GPA countries and from countries that does not have an EU free trade agreement rank within the 12 best candidates, only the four best ranking candidates will be permitted to participate in the RFP and the remaining spaces are filled with the next-best ranking candidates from GPA countries and from countries having an EU free trade agreement.

All interested companies or applicants are obliged to take note of the questions and answers published at the URL address (ad hoc communication channel) when drafting their application to participate. Failure to comply may lead to exclusion from the procedure. Due to the registration in ARIBA required for participation in the procedure, it is recommended to contact the responsible buyer in writing (by e-mail) at least 72 hours before the end of the application deadline. Elia must invite the applicant to the procedure. Registration of the applicant on ARIBA is mandatory for participation in this procedure.
