Roof steel shieldings blocks for Super FRS

The layout consists of 26 steel blocks with individual shape. Length mostly is 3.4 m and width varies between 0.8 - 1.5 m, mass 10 - 34 t. Most have a rectangular shape with one step in thickness, three are trapezoidal. The steel thickness of most bars is 0.87 m. Material can be simple construction steel, the only requirement is its typical density (>7.8 g/cm^3) and a low cobalt content (< 100 ppm), which must be monitored. On four of these bars add-ons need to be bolted, which must be non-magnetic being very close to the magnetic lenses of the beamline. Here stainless steel shall be used. 20 of the blocks shall be covered by a 20 cm thick concrete layer, for example poured into a metal form work on top of the bars. For pipe feedthroughs and similar many holes in the bars need to be made. The tolerances of outer dimensions are 10mm so that simple cutting can be sufficient without further machining, the hole pattern needs to be more precise (mm tolerances). The steel blocks as well as the concrete surfaces need to be painted for corrosion protection and to enable cleaning by wiping. In summary, construction steel 507 t, stainless steel 34 t, concrete 30 t. We are looking for a detailed design for production and one offer for all three parts.
