Bekanntmachungs-ID: CXTRYYRYTBU3M2FE GIZ reserves the right to exclude bidders based in countries outside the European Union, and that are neither a party to the World Trade Organization"s Government Procurement Agreement nor have concluded another international agreement with the European Union on ensuring the equal and reciprocal opportunity to participate in public procurement procedures ("non-privileged third country"), from participating in this specific procurement procedure at any time during the procurement process. This also applies to bidding consortia with at least one member that is based in a non-privileged third country. Therefore, tenderers based in non-privileged third countries (including corresponding bidding consortia) are also not entitled to legal protection from review bodies under public procurement law. Communication takes place exclusively via the project area of the GIZ awarding marketplace. The max. contract value estimation is based on historical data and a forecast for the full term of this agreement (2 years). It has been defined at lot level by GIZ and represents the best possible estimation taking into account the country portfolio and the partner context of GIZ.
