Beschreibung

Elia Group intends to ensure the continuous supply of profiled rail systems (climbing systems) for overhead line towers, taking into account DIN EN 50341-2-4 (September 2019) and the German BGI/GUV-I 5148. The overhead line towers are mainly steel lattice constructions with a voltage level of 380 kV. The rail system is intended for new and existing towers with a height of approx. 50 to 100 m. Estimated quantities for the framework agreement term are 4159 climbing systems (maximum 8318 climbing systems); however, there is no volume commitment. A skilled site supervisor / foreman must be present at all times during site works. Local language is defined as: The Dutch language for regions Flanders and Brussels in Belgium; the French language for regions Wallonia and Brussels in Belgium; and the German language for Germany. Candidates are advised that the training to be provided for the use of the systems to be delivered falls under (d) and must be provided in the local language of each place of performance. Each candidate must provide a current commercial register excerpt or, if available online, provide a working, publicly accessible link thereof whose content can be verified by the Contracting Entity. If no such excerpt is available to provide by the candidate, they may submit a comparable document accompanied by an explanation why the former is comparable to the requested commercial register excerpt.

To assess a candidate’s financial situation, the Contracting Entity will be evaluating a report of creditworthiness (credit report) that must be procured by the candidates themselves. The report must be issued by an independent, third party credit rating company (for example Dun & Bradstreet, Creditreform, Credit Safe or equivalent) and not older than three months from the date of submission.
