Please note that the vessel offered must be identical to the other vessels in terms of model and unit price (except the price for the "Coast Guard Mission Equipment"). Furthermore, all other provisions of the contract and its annexes apply unchanged to the option. Any option offered is not subject to evaluation. However, if it has been offered, the contracting authority has the right to extend the scope of the original contract for Lot A from 2 vessels by increasing the quantity by one vessel by means of a written notification to the contractor. This option shall be called upon during the binding period.
