The contractor is responsible for achieving the target indicators, outputs and output indicators described in the Terms of Reference. Target indicators: 1) 250 people, 30% of them women, are self-employed or in a new job as a result of the project"s support for start-ups (Approx. 10 % refugees). Contribution of the contractor: 200 people, 75 of them women, are self-employed or in a new job as a result of the project"s support for start-ups (Approx. 25 refugees). 2) 60% of 200 entrepreneurs in the seed and post-formation phase who have successfully completed training and coaching courses, 30% of them companies managed by women, confirm an increase in the growth potential of their company in 2 of 7 categories. Approx. 20 % refugees. The 7 categories are: i) First order/contract from clients ii) Development of the regional or national sales network, increase in customer base iii) Diversification of products and services, further development of a product iv) Use of digital technologies for customer and market access v) Increase in sales (compared to previous year) vi) Improved resource efficiency (e.g. cost savings) vii) Access to and dealing with growth financing Contribution of contractor: 60% of 150 entrepreneurs in the seed and post-formation phase who have successfully completed training and coaching courses, 60 of the companies managed by women, confirm an increase in the growth potential of their company in 2 of 7 categories. Approx. 20 run by refugees. Output 3: Entrepreneurs make greater use of regional market and business potential.
